Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pevo App (“App”), operated by PEVO APP, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Services
   Pevo App connects pilot/escort vehicle operators with transportation companies. The App may display rates, load dimensions, general load information, and approximate dates only. Pevo App does not provide routing, mapping, navigation, or detailed scheduling. Pevo App is not a transportation provider,
   broker, dispatcher, or employer.

2. User Eligibility
   Users must be 18+, provide accurate information, and comply with laws. Drivers are responsible for licensing, insurance, and certifications.

3. User Accounts
   Users must maintain account security and are responsible for all activity under their account.

4. Independent Contractor Relationship
   All users are independent. No employment or agency relationship is created.

5. Payments and Fees
   Payment terms are between Driver and Company. Pevo App is not responsible for disputes or non-payment.

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability
   Pevo App does not guarantee job availability, accuracy of information, or reliability of users. All data must be independently verified.

7. Credential Verification Disclaimer
   Pevo App does not verify credentials. Companies must verify Driver licensing, insurance, and qualifications. Drivers must maintain accurate credentials.

8. No Routing or Scheduling Services
   Pevo App does not provide routing, mapping, permits, or scheduling. All dates are approximate. Users are responsible for routes, permits, and scheduling.

9. User Conduct
   Users must not provide false info, act unlawfully, or harm others.

10. Safety and Compliance
    Users are responsible for legal compliance, safety, and permits.

11. Limitation of Liability
    Pevo App is not liable for accidents, losses, disputes, errors, scheduling issues, or credential failures.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The App is provided 'AS IS' without warranties.

13. Indemnification
    Users agree to indemnify PEVO APP, LLC from claims related to their use.

14. Termination
    Access may be suspended or terminated at any time.

15. Intellectual Property
    All content is owned by PEVO APP, LLC.

16. Privacy
    Use of the App will be governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

17. Modifications
    Terms may be updated at any time.

18. Governing Law
    Governed by Virginia law.

19. Dispute Resolution
    Disputes resolved by negotiation, then arbitration in Virginia.
